CANCELLATION POLICY
When you reserve an appointment with us that time is yours and only yours. When a cancellation is made with less than 48 hours' notice it is very difficult to fill it on such short notice, that time and income is lost.
We ask for 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel, change or reschedule your appointment. If you need to cancel, change or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, we reserve the right to keep your service deposit.
We do require a credit card to book and a 25% deposit to hold all appointments. If you do not place your card on file, we will be un-able to hold your appointment.
We do not offer refunds on services rendered.
Q&A
Q: How old does one have to be to receive services?
A: The Ritual Spa welcomes guests who are at least 14 years of age. Guests under 16 may require an adult present while receiving services. Service provider will check in with both adult and child prior to receiving services.
Q: Can I bring a friend to my treatment?
A: Please come by yourself to your appointment. We have limited seating and space and can't accommodate those not receiving services.
Q: What should I wear?
A: If you are receiving a Body Scrub Ritual, we suggest brining a bathing suit. The treatment can be messy, and we don't want you to ruin your garments.
For any Skin Ritual you will be given a robe to put on.
You can undress to your comfort level for any massage treatment. If you are planning on using the saltwater pool after, please bring proper swim attire.
