We do not have a front desk person. Once you get to

The Ritual Spa waiting area your service provider should

be waiting for you. If they are not please, check the clip

board on the coffee table for your name, and fill out

the form to further customize your experience.

​

 

Cashless Facility

​

We do not accept cash payments except if you would

like to tip your service provider.

 

All appointments must be confirmed with a credit card.

Once an appt is made it must be confirmed within 48hrs

or the time slot will be released. 

​

The Ritual Spa has a 48hr cancellation policy.

All new guests must fill out their digital intake

forms prior to their first appt. 

​

Couples Services

​

 

 

The Ritual Spa is a smaller facility. At this time

we are unable to accommodate

couples' massages.

You can book different services

at the same time, or take a soak in the hot tub

while you wait.

Also speaking of the Roman Bath 

if you would like to indulge, remember to 

bring your swimsuit.

Parking 

​

Please park in the George Washington Hotel

parking lot. All spa patrons are allowed

to park in the hotel parking lot for free. If the parking lot

is full you can utilize street parking or the parking

garage for a fee. Come in the back door and walk into

hotel lobby. You can then take the steps to our lobby or the 

elevator to the bottom floor.

affiliated with the former spa. We are unable to

accept any gift cards associated to the Saumaj.
